Beauty, they say, is not in the face. It’s a light in the heart. Close our eyes and sense the beauty.
We have found beauty at The Children’s Ark Preparatory School’s GINOONG LAKANDULA AT BINIBINING LAKAMBINI 2015-2016 — an afternoon of styles and glamour as TCAPS kids display their star quality and charms.
The annual event, held at the Don Antonio Heights Clubhouse, encourages youthful participation in pageants and competitions and provides a wonderful experience to children and parents. The engagement aims to provide a balance of activities essential in confidence-building among the young. Beyond the fancy costumes and make-ups, TCAPS students take pride in asserting their own worth and abilities.
Lakandula or Rajah, is the Filipino term referring to an ethnic group’s paramount leader while Lakambini is his beauteous other half. The loveliest couple gets this year’s title.
The occasion was illuminated by a set of dazzling performances from the students themselves. Starting of with a lyre ensemble by the Grades 1 and 2.
As an added delight, we have thrown a windfall of prizes to our lucky guests.
